IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE, HOUSE OF MEMORIES REQUESTS YOUR COOPERATION IN OBSERVING THE FOLLOWING AS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GUEST AND HOUSE OF MEMORIES UNDER WHICH ROOMS ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED BY THE GUEST(S):

The room rate includes lodging only and is exclusive of taxes. Additional meals, amenities and services are available at extra cost. To upgrade your room amenities and services, please contact the Front Office. An additional fee shall apply should a rollaway bed be required. No changes in Tariff after payment is processed.
All bills must be signed personally for services rendered. Bills shall be settled at check-out or can be settled on presentation.
In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, House of Memories shall have a lien on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell such property at any time without reference to the Guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the Guest without prejudice to House of Memories rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.
Check-in time is 14:00 – 20:00 hours. Rooms not occupied by 20:00 hours without any notification will be seen as No-Show. Guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals. Please present your ID card or Passport upon Check-in. By Law guests must present personal documents for Hostels records. These documents will be scanned and returned. Upon arrival, all guests must provide a guarantee of payment for his/her stay at the Front Office if the booking is not prepaid.
The Guest agrees and consents that House of Memories may process (photocopy/scan) his/her personal documents in order to register him/her as a guest of the Hostels.
Check out time is 11:00 hours. Please inform the Front Office if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on availability. If the room is available, late check out charges will be charged. On failure of the Guest to vacate the room on expiry, the Hostels Management shall have the right to create an extension for the stay and a full night charge is applicable. In case of no availability, the management reserves the right to remove the Guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Room cleaning shall be performed from 11:00 – 14:00 hours. If the Guest requires a specific time for room cleaning, please make arrangements at the Front Office.

Subject to availability of the storage space, the Guest can store his/her luggage in the luggage room at the Guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over three days. Luggage may be stored for longer periods of time at a fee. Please check availability of storage space and tariffs with the Front Office.

We provide a safe locker under the beds and request all guests to use them to store their luggage. Guests are supposed to put their own Padlock on the lockers and the same can be purchased at the front desk at an extra charge.

House of Memories will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/or damage to the Guest’s belongings from either the Hostels room or safe or any other part of the Hostels for any cause whatsoever, including theft.

Guests may have visitors in the Hostel common area but not in the rooms. Visits are allowed between 09:00 to 19:30 hours which must be registered at the Front Office. In-case of an event, the timing will be extended with prior notice by the Management.
The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to House of Memories, other guests, invitees, visitors, and personnel for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the Guest’s own negligence and non-observance of such rules and instructions.
In case of a fire, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached from the inside of your main room door.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to House of Memories property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. In case of damage caused to the Hostels by the Guest, the Guest is due to cover the cost of all damage caused to the Hostels.
Guests shall address all their complaints to the Property Manager.

Management reserves the right to admission.

It is agreed that the Guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner, not to provide any disturbances to other guests, and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hostels premises.

In case of breach of Hostel Rules and Management Policies by the Guest, the Hostel Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Hostel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Hostel Management has the right to remove luggage and belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations of the Local Government and The Government of India.

The Hostels Management reserves the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above Terms, Conditions and Rules.
