IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR STAY AS PLEASANT AS POSSIBLE, HOUSE OF MEMORIES REQUESTS YOUR COOPERATION IN OBSERVING THE FOLLOWING AS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GUEST AND HOUSE OF MEMORIES UNDER WHICH ROOMS ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED BY THE GUEST(S):
Subject to availability of the storage space, the Guest can store his/her luggage in the luggage room at the Guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for a period of over three days. Luggage may be stored for longer periods of time at a fee. Please check availability of storage space and tariffs with the Front Office.
We provide a safe locker under the beds and request all guests to use them to store their luggage. Guests are supposed to put their own Padlock on the lockers and the same can be purchased at the front desk at an extra charge.
House of Memories will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss/or damage to the Guest’s belongings from either the Hostels room or safe or any other part of the Hostels for any cause whatsoever, including theft.
Management reserves the right to admission.
It is agreed that the Guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner, not to provide any disturbances to other guests, and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hostels premises.
In case of breach of Hostel Rules and Management Policies by the Guest, the Hostel Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the Hostel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the Guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Hostel Management has the right to remove luggage and belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
Guests are requested to observe, abide by, confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations of the Local Government and The Government of India.
The Hostels Management reserves the right to add to, or alter or amend any of the above Terms, Conditions and Rules.
